The seamless, durable bond between HyCeram and metal substrates is a fundamental building block for success. HyCeram Bond materials make an essential contribution to this.  Bond THX NF materials are also perfectly matched in color to all HyCeram Standard materials. High-performance bonding and excellent color appearance for watch and jewelry objects can thus be realized.

Bond THX NF Adhesive Amplifier
Bond THX NF is the latest material version and offers decisive plus features:
  • Improved reactivity. The material hardens faster and more consistently.
  • 30% price advantage (per ml).
  • Optimized 15ml packaging with wide can opening. Makes application even easier.
  • Available in all standard/pearl/ and special/desired HyCeram® shades.

 

Bond II Dual Adhesion Booster
The light-curing material strengthens the adhesion of HyCeram®, LuxArt® or Luxon® materials to metal substrates by a factor of 3:
  • Reducing possible tensions between metal and color design materials.
  • Available in syringes of 3ml.
  • Is selectively cured with TwinLux handheld light unit or particularly efficiently in the CeraLux light unit.

 

Bond II Dual Adhesion Booster
The light-curing material strengthens the adhesion of HyCeram®, LuxArt® or Luxon® materials to metal substrates by a factor of 3:
  • Reducing possible tensions between metal and color design materials.
  • Jumbo range available in the practical 40ml bottle.
  • Is selectively cured with TwinLux handheld light unit or particularly efficiently in the CeraLux light unit.
